Experience
Since 2019, I've been a UX/UI Design Lead at Appello, a digital product studio working with clients from early-stage startups to large government enterprises - across domains like aviation logistics, agricultural technology, medical diagnostics and business-process platforms.
Staying in one place across product definition, design, development, launch and iteration means seeing decisions play out in production, and working with the same engineers and stakeholders long enough for real collaboration rather than a single handoff.
About
I look for the version of a product that balances what users need, what the business needs, and what a team can realistically build well. I'm interested in shaping products, not only screens.
I'm drawn to unfamiliar, complicated domains - the kind where understanding how the business actually works is most of the job - and to turning that understanding into something people can use without thinking about it.
